The process was not straight forward as the seller of our new home could not find anything suitable and after a long wait Westwood Leber offered us another house. Westwood Leber kept us informed throughout and went above and beyond to find us an alternative (knowing that it would take a lot to convince us to move away from our then first choice home). I both bought a property and sold a property with Westwood Leber. I first met Ryan when buying my current house and had been having a torrid time with another agent. I explained my situation and Ryan offered me a good deal to put my property on the market. After the valuation of our place, he had someone in mind to buy as it appears he actually knows his clients and they aren't just names on an excel spreadsheet or sales database! The following Monday the chap came round, put an acceptable offer in and we were sold. Considering we went with two other agents for nearly 6 months to no avail, I was massively impressed. Couldn't rate these guys highly enough, communicative, honest and weird thing to say... but it didn't feel like dealing with an estate agent. Needless to say, of all the many houses I've rented and the two I've bought - Westwood Leber are top of the pile.

I have previously used Ryan Leber to sell my property and now that he has established Westwood Leber it was a given id use him again. From day one of providing me with a valuation, to the day of completion I can honestly say that on both occasions the transactions were handled fantastically. From an honest, friendly valuation, with much advice, to then marketing my property with slick, professional pictures, with constant feedback during the process. When a fully vetted buyer was found at a sale price I was very happy with, the sale transaction was then regularly chased, while again I was always updated meaning I could sit back and relax. I would highly recommend Ryan and his team within the Hoddesdon and surrounding areas.
